We can vet hotels and conference centers, hire hostesses, interpreters, tour guides, and transportation for key events, and make sure that the meeting goes off without a hitch, from the time of your guests arrival to their departure. (Costs for these arrangements are negotiated on an as-need basis). MULTILINGUAL GUIDES AND HOSTESSES Our team includes guides and hostesses of all nationalities to accommodate your language requirements, including Spanish, Italian, German, Russian, and naturally English. UNIQUE MEETING VENUES We can organize daytime and evening events in private châteaux; barges, yachts, and stunning house-museums and galleries. We can also arrange for private musical evenings, and help you plan your wedding or anniversary gala. Recent Corporate Programs Created by French Links Tours A customized incentive tour for Condé Nast Publications Lucky Magazine in March, an event for which we organized all the meals, all the transportation, all the tours, along with a special communications package that included personalized welcome gift packs, shopping maps and shopping discounts to leading retailers and designers in Paris. (We are repeating this tour in 2005). A customized press tour and cocktail reception around cutting edge design and architecture in Paris for the Rado division of the Swatch Watch Company, during the French Open. This tour was organized for German, American, Spanish, Italian and Russian journalists of leading publications and broadcast networks. A spouse program to Chantilly and Senlis for the executives of RSM International, one of the leading financial consulting companies in the world. Besides designing the tour and communications materials, we organized a special lunch in the castle and a shopping tour on a day when most shops are closed! A three-day incentive tour to Paris for Office-Gear Management in the UK, that included tours of Versailles, Fontainebleau, and Paris, a formal dinner at the Eiffel Tower restaurant, a night-time city tour, and special kosher meals. A private city tour of London followed by a guided visit to the Wallace Collection for the VIP customers of Merrill Lynch during the Wimbledon Lawn Tennis Tournament.
