Many of the agents we work with are from the Virtuoso Network, which is the most significant network of blue-chip travel agencies in the world. Our Business Policy: To Reward our Agents Our business policy with travel agents: we believe in rewarding all sales agents who work on behalf of French Links Tours, and it is our rule of thumb to provide a 10 percent commission on all tours. While we do arrange for cars and drivers, these are not commissionable because of the preferential rate we are able to obtain on behalf of your clients. We only work with the top limousine and minivan operators in Paris, both of whom provide us with custom-made vehicles. Our Personalized Concierge Service We know you are very busy and could use an extra pair of hands and a chance to save on your telephone bill. We have an in-house concierge service that can make restaurant bookings, museum passes and individual museum entrances (so your clients avoid waits on line), the purchase of train tickets, concert tickets, and more. We are the only agency to provide complimentary welcome kits with maps, coupons, booklets and shopping guides. Guides That Meet Your Clients' Needs We work with over 40 licensed guides in France, the United Kingdom, Italy, Spain and Germany, and are constantly developing our network of specialists, many of whom speak more than one language, including English, Russian, Chinese, Spanish, Italian and German. We make certain that the guide and the tour is fully prepared in advance, and that the guides are ready to attend to any situation that might arise. If the weather turns from sun to rain, we always have an alternative plan to fall back on! Tours That Are both Fun and Educational Many of our guests are multigenerational families with different needs and interests. Our aim is to make your trip abroad both delightful and memorable, and we are constantly looking for ways to improve our range and style of tours. For instance, we offer "treasure hunts" for kids at the Louvre and at the Musée d'Orsay, we offer specialized shopping tours for guests with different body types and budgets, and we provide customized tours for the physically disabled. Our aim is to make your guests' trip to Paris as enjoyable and as unforgettable as possible. Our Loyalty Policy towards Travel Agents While we do a lot of business on a direct basis through our Website, we take special care with our travel agent clients.
